I just wanted to take a moment to let you and your staff know how wonderful my plastic surgery experience has been with your office! I previously worked in the medical field for 16 years and had always heard from physicians and previous patients how wonderful you were as a surgeon and have been privy to see your work. I knew when the time came for me that you would be the one I choose to do my surgery. I did of course consult with several surgeons but ultimately choose you. From the moment I contacted your office your staff was nothing but pleasant and professional. Previously working in the field, patient customer service is a huge issue for me! Of course the true test was when I did come for my consultation. You and your staff continued to live up to my expectations in person. I have since had my surgery and have worked and spoken with several members of your staff during the last months and in recent weeks.
